Order Information
The product order will be made in the following steps.
- Step1: Product search
- Step 2: Put it in your shopping cart
- Step 3: Log in to a member ID or order a non-member
- Step 4: Create an order
- Step 5: Select a payment method and pay
- Step 6: Order Success Screen (Order Number)
For non-member orders, please make sure to note the order number and approval number (when paying by card) in step 6.
If you are a member, it will be automatically saved, so you don't need to manage it separately.
Payment information

Exchange/Return Information
If exchange and return are possible
- Brand-recognized exchange or refund of stamped defects

Refund information
In case of refund, we will refund the payment amount within 3 business days after confirming the return confirmation.
If you pay with a credit card, you will cancel the credit card approval so that the payment will not be charged.
(However, if the payment can be charged according to the payment date of the credit card, in this case, the credit card company will refund the payment in the following month.)
